The usage of myCollection application

Lists, specific data sheets and tableau can be exported to the default browser or to pdf file. The displayed data can be printed from the browser if necessary.

List to the browser

To export the displayed list into the browser. In the pop-up window, the user can select what sort of data he wants to display in the list. Once the appropriate data has been selected, the list will appear in the default browser. It is advisable to choose as many items as matches to the screen resolution. Images can not be displayed in the list.

List to CVS file

The displayed list can be exported to a comma value separated file. First the file name must be entered. Then the pop-up window, the user can select what sort of data he wants to export to the list. Once the appropriate data has been selected the file is created. Images can not be displayed in the file. The file can later be loaded by external programs like Excel or Word for further processing.

Details to the browser

To export the selected data of the medal to the browser. In the pop-up window, the user can select what sort of data he wants to display in the list. The details are displayed as a list, and the obverse and reverse images are displayed as well.

Details to pdf file

To export the selected data of the medal to a pdf file. In the pop-up window, the user can select what sort of data he wants to display in the list. The details are displayed as a list, and the obverse and reverse images are displayed as well. The second step is to enter the file name after which the pdf file is created.

Tableau to the browser

Thumbnail images of the medals in the list are exported to the browser. It is possible to choose two data fields to be displayed along with the images.

Tableau to pdf file

Similar to the above one, but to the pdf file. The file name must be set.
